Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs, promoting existing and new products across Good, Better, and Best ranges. Upsell, cross-sell, and identify sales opportunities through lapsed account reports, cold calling, and business plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants, Contractors, and Installers. Generate leads, provide quotes, and close sales via phone and email. Manage customer data using CRM tools and track key contacts, products, and pricing. What We’re Looking For: A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
