for a packaging manufacturer based in Newmarket. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally within a similar industry (Packaging). You will be working within the internal sales/customer services team liaising with customers about their requirements and preparing specifications on the computer system.
Job Overview
Respond in a friendly manner to any online or telephone queries Follow up on and prepare any sales quotations made for customers Arrange all customer order requirements Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Liaise between departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer's needs, cost and time restraints Investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist the sales team employees in resolution Provide assistance to other team members/departments as needed Job Requirements

Salary dependent on experience but starting likely at £30k-£32.5k. Office based, 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.
