As an Internal Sales Coordinator, your key job role and responsibilities will include: Deal with customer enquiries, by telephone and email, including placing orders, checking the details on our systems, and rescheduling if required. Support our external sales team by assisting with preparing costs, quotations, and collating specifications. Liaise with our internal colleagues and customers regarding their deliveries. Monitor warehouse stocks for efficiencies, ensuring aging stock is minimized, and calculate customer price movements (e.g., PPI/Indexed contracts) for systems accuracy. Assist in maximizing sales through our commercial applications, using the Quest/CRM/ESP. Run scheduled reports to ensure accurate controls are in place and handle general administration. Process customer orders. Update customers. Successful candidates will have excellent Sales Admin, Account Management, or Customer Service experience, ideally within Manufacturing.
