Internal Sales Coordinator Location: Sheffield Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for supporting sales teams in a dynamic environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Support role with a leading engineering business in Sheffield. The Role As an Internal Sales Support, you will play a key role in enabling the sales team to maximise their time with customers by handling a wide range of administrative and customer support tasks. You’ll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, quotation preparation, and CRM updates. Liaising with customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Assisting with sales reports, performance tracking, and identifying potential opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems. A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Why Apply?
