We are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to work for an equipment manufacturer based in Colchester.
The role will involve: Selling the product range across various industries such as rail, automotive, aerospace, tool hire, stone masonry, manufacturing, and engineering. Being the first port of call for customer enquiries, providing technical advice and support. Maintaining and developing existing customer accounts and distribution partners. Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry to closing the sales. Producing quotes for customers and following up where necessary.
Experience required: Must have experience within the manufacturing industry. Must have a technical background; would consider an engineer looking to move into sales. Must be confident with sales and in dealing with customers over the phone. Strong relationship building skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer focused and orientated. Driving License.
