Your Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will: Leverage your technical knowledge to advise customers on hydraulic solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Develop quotes, process orders, and provide after-sales support. Take advantage of their in-house training programs to continually grow your expertise.
What You Bring
We're seeking a candidate with: A minimum of HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A background in sales is highly desirable, though technical expertise is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. A proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a leading industry name.
What's on Offer
Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. Standard Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
