We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our growing sales team for our client based in Cannock. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable sales performance. Customer Engagement:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. CRM Management:

Update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Experience: A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, able to deal with clients up to an executive level. Proficient in using CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is an office-based position working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
