The Role: Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Executive

to join our dedicated sales team in our sales office in Carnforth. This role will drive our sales orders, providing exceptional service to our existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities within the construction materials industry. Your typical customers may be local builders, farmers, merchants, or housing developments. 8AM start till 4.30PM. You will manage an existing portfolio of customers and establish new customers, building authentic relationships and encouraging repeat business. On a typical day, you will: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Identify new business opportunities Take responsibility for Concrete 2 You customer base, driving sales in this market and smaller end customer base Provide customers with product information and quotations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment Previous experience in a similar role is not essential as we can teach you about our products and processes, but experience using CRM software is desirable.
