June 13 ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an Inside Sales Team Leader to work with an established client. This is a new and exciting role due to reflective and planned future growth. This role would suit a highly motivated, energetic person with a positive outlook, who is task-focused with great attention to detail and an excellent communicator. We are looking for a confident team player who can work on their own initiative as well as cover the day-to-day requirements of a fast-paced environment, and who has experience in delivering a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities
Manage the internal sales process by liaising with customers and internal stakeholders Facilitate the efficient and timely processing of sales orders Deliver a high level of customer service, including proactive communication Lead the Inside Sales Team Maintain accurate data entry within SAP Personal Profile
Previous experience working in a customer service role within a manufacturing business would be beneficial Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel Previous experience of using SAP would be of benefit; however, full training can be provided Previous experience of managing a team would be beneficial; full training can be given GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English is required (written and verbal) Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work Full Clean Driving Licence Hours of Work
