£28,000 (OTE £34,000) About the Role: We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a fast-paced and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a role that focuses on turning quotations into confirmed sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be part of a dynamic team where your efforts will directly impact business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by following up on quotations and securing orders Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Manage and track sales activities using a CRM system Effectively communicate the benefits of products and services to potential clients, emphasising quality, cost, and delivery Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services Promptly and professionally address any client concerns or issues Support the sales team in creating strategies to increase revenue and improve sales processes What We re Looking For: Previous experience in a B2B sales, customer service, or account management role Familiarity with using a CRM system to manage leads and sales pipelines Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a desire to surpass targets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment A strong understanding of the sales process and a commercial approach to business Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar industry is advantageous, but not required Why Apply?
