Senior Product & Sourcing Manager Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with our External Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts. This includes new product launches, promotional campaigns, market trends, and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue. Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with them to meet their needs and identify areas for mutual profitable growth. Identify and maximise sales opportunities, proactively seeking new business avenues and converting them into profitable sales. Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities, measuring against KPIs. Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders. Generate quotes, provide lead time estimates, and follow up on them. What We Are Looking For: Excellent selling skills. Strong organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines. Outstanding attendance record. Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels. A problem solver who takes ownership of inquiries and challenges. Self-motivated and driven. Proficiency in IT, with a working knowledge of MS Office being desirable. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, access to the company’s profit share scheme and a company pension.
