The role: This hugely successful IT services company – a MSP (managed services provider) – is very well established and has an excellent reputation for reliability, trust, and service. It has a very loyal client base of some 100 business customers and is set for further growth and expansion. You will be key to enabling this. They have a CRM database that you can use remotely; full of warm leads, ready for contact and development. Working from this, the role involves: Contacting potential customers via phone & email, establishing rapport and booking appointments. Identifying new sales leads and generally pitching the client’s services. The person: The client would be keen to secure someone with a previous background in a sales-related role. Perhaps you’re someone returning to work after personal time out, but desire a flexi role that suits your lifestyle?
