Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to maximize revenue. Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely responses to customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant customer information. Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the metals industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport. Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in making outbound sales calls and handling objections effectively. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
