Our client, a well-established company in the agricultural sector, is seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join their team based in Shropshire.
This role is plays a key part in maintaining excellent customer service levels while supporting area sales managers in achieving their sales targets. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving sales growth across a broad product range, requiring excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team.
- Log activities and manage customer information using CRM software.
- Process sales orders and resolve customer queries.
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
- Handle general sales admin, including quotations and order entries via ERP systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for after-sales support, working closely with the sales and quality teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Attend sales meetings and industry events as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within a Sales Admin / Sales Executive role
- A self-starter who works well within a team and on their own intiative
- Computer Literate
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A background in agriculture or equine would be a plus but not essential
