As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join the team. If you have a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new leads and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the construction and trades industry. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our product range. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. Process sales orders, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, ideally within the construction or trades industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, or equipment is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
