What will you be doing?

Follow a pre-planned campaign targeting specific customers with the aim of transacting in the moment and winning business or finding future opportunities for MSC. Actively grow your core customers by making outbound proactive calls per day speaking with the correct contacts. Conversations will have a technical bias around metalworking tooling. Full product training will be given with an expectation to understand and use the training to maximize sales. Be inquisitive and ask great questions to understand our customer’s behaviors and challenges, identifying opportunities to win new business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to win business quickly. Provide insightful feedback to the business to ensure market research is utilized and actioned.
