The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, confident and enthusiastic individual with good communication skills.
Duties will include:
Serving trade, trade cash and public at trade counter efficiently and courteously
Working pro-actively within the sales team
Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies
Controlling and maintaining your allocated customer accounts
Increasing the number of trading customer accounts and ensuring that this business grows
Ensuring that all customers trade within their agreed credit terms and resolving queries in order to ensure prompt payment
Processing orders accurately
Answer telephone queries
Checking goods in and putting stock away
Keeping the Branch clean and tidy
