Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Internal Sales – Timber Windows and Doors will involve: Internal Sales position selling a high-end manufactured range of timber windows, doors, and fire doors Selling into installers and both sub & main contractors such as joinery & fenestration contractors Dealing with incoming sales queries via telephone & email A good blend between targeting new business and previous customers Providing technical support and advice to customers Liaising with the estimating teams to produce quotes Travel to visit customers with the occasional overnight stay The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales – Timber Windows and Doors with: Sales experience with a technical construction product such as timber fenestration, facades, fire doors, insulation, ironmongery, etc. Comfortable with meeting clients face to face Excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal High levels of organisation Approachable, motivated, team player Computer literate (Microsoft Office) UK Driving License
