As Internal Sales Representative for this specialist distributor in the Insulation / Drywall sector you will play an important role in driving the company’s revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities, maintaining fantastic relationships with existing clients, and securing new business prospects. You will be based from the busy depot in Birmingham. Excellent opportunities to progress within the business. Job Responsibilities Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities within the insulation and drylining industry. Generate new leads and establish relationships with potential clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Address customer enquiries, concerns, and provide product information and quotations promptly. Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to offer optimal solutions and advice to clients. Keep up to date of industry trends, products, and innovations. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Develop strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions. Offer credit facilities to prospective customers, observing the credit control procedures. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Job Requirements: Preferable experience in internal sales as well as the insulation and drylining industry. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office 365. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on developing long-term client relationships. Ability to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively. Ability to analyse sales data and derive actionable insights. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Skill in identifying market opportunities and threats. To be self-motivated and target driven. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
