Many of our customers deal with us via the phone, so we need

people who are motivated to pick up the telephone when it rings and handle all calls efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities: Manage customer enquiries and take their orders Generate new business by making outbound prospect calls Develop good communication skills to build strong customer relationships Take ownership of delivering for your customer and maintaining high standards Your time will be split between managing existing accounts – including upselling, providing technical product advice, and finding new business.
