Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is essential for supervising and motivating our internal team, while driving communication and collaboration across various departments. If you’re an expert in systems, have a passion for customer service, and possess strong leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and motivate internal office colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, reporting on their activity and progress. Systems Expert:

Become proficient in our systems and provide training to staff at all levels, ensuring seamless operations. Stock Management:

Oversee daily stock levels across key plants and communicate with stakeholders to plan and manage inventory. KPI Management:

Devise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to queries, call volumes, and other functions to ensure smooth operation and reporting. Customer Service Excellence:

Champion customer service and foster a “one team” culture across distribution, commercial, and other departments. Stakeholder Liaison:

Work closely with Internal Sales, Distribution, Operations, Admin, and SHE departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Customer Relationship Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, increasing market intelligence and identifying growth opportunities. Invoice Query Resolution:

Manage and resolve invoice queries efficiently, with a focus on imported ARB invoices, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes. Performance Standards: Team members kept on task, with regular reporting on progress. Ability to train and explain system information to all levels of the business. Timely and accurate KPI reporting on key functions. Deliver at least two performance discussions with team members monthly to assess and develop skills. Qualifications & Skills: Essential: Strong selling skills and experience in Key Account Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Versatility in meeting both customer and company needs. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Proficient in negotiation and credit management. Desirable: Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficient in using commercial management tools. Effective time management and report writing skills.
