In addition to the face-to-face element of the role, you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries. We are looking for the next great addition to nurture ongoing success! This is a

permanent, full-time opportunity

and will be based onsite at

Bullivants Newcastle. Some of the tasks: Support with client sales and showroom retail activities Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries Interact with relevant internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction Undertake ad-hoc sales duties as requested Some of the skills: Experience in the lifting, rigging and safety industry highly regarded Previous experience in a customer service role in Mining or industrial sales environment Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High level written and verbal communication skills A curious mindset and a willingness to learn Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome Next Steps If you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
