Internal Sales Representative 32,000 + Bonus + Benefits Buckinghamshire The Client Our client manufactures a full range of Plastic and Steel Strapping equipment from Hand Tools to specifically designed Automated Strapping Systems for all types of Industries. They also manufacture a full range of Stretch Wrap Machinery used for securing products in the transportation process. They are now in need of an experienced internal sales representative to help manage some existing accounts and to win new customers. The Role Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to promote the company products and services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition. Collaborating with the sales teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals in alignment with company policies. Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Keeping up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines. Supporting the team with marketing at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. General Administration The Person A proven track record of success in internal sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Understanding of industrial processes and applications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in conducting sales presentations and pitching products or services. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
