Internal Sales Support

in their vibrant office in Lowestoft.

Duties will include: Securing and booking appointments with potential customers for the Sales Team to attend allowing them more time to be on the road, securing new business. Promote the company’s products and services to their target markets. Create and maintain relationships with customers via telephone/video calls and emails. Update the CRM System at all stages through the process to ensure any necessary actions and follow-up tasks are recorded and carried out. Review customer accounts and identify opportunities to maximize business with them, allowing to grow and maintain the pipeline of sales opportunities. Develop technical/product knowledge of the company’s products and continuously keep up to date with the market and competition.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following: Previous sales experience with the ability and desire to sell is essential. Excellent customer service skills to identify customer needs and propose solutions to benefit the customer. Professional telephone manner. A proactive individual. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
