Internal Sales Trainee

Are you looking to develop a career within a sales/customer service focused position? We are working with a highly reputable, established manufacturer of tooling who are experiencing strong growth. This newly created position offers stacks of variety and would suit someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and is a flexible team player.
This is not a traditional sales/cold calling environment, not driven by KPI's and no cold calling. You will be dealing with incoming enquiries and processing orders - so will require strong communication & relationship building skills.
Responsibilities: Assist the Internal Sales team with customer queries, quotes, and order processing. Answer email and telephone enquiries. Assist with data entry, filing, and document management. Learning how to use the IT systems. Learn about stock control, inventory management, and order preparation.
Package & Hours:
£20,000 to £23,795 per annum. 22 days holiday + bank holidays. 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm finish on a Friday.
This Internal Sales Trainee job will suit: An enthusiastic individual who is looking for a starting opportunity within a customer service/internal sales function. Someone with good communication skills and is happy responding to enquiries over email and on the telephone. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. The role will interact with other internal departments where cover may occasionally be required. Good IT skills, someone who can learn how to support with administration duties.
