Generate new business opportunities through providing a consistently high level of customer service Schedule Service Engineers to attend HVAC and industrial heating system breakdowns and preplanned maintenance Handle customers queries and quotations Manage subcontractors and checking certifications to work on client sites Handle invoices and job imports Manage system generated reports Assist with customer projects including drafting bill of materials Source materials from various vendors and obtain detailed quotes Prepare HSE reports both internally and externally Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience working in a customer facing or customer support role Proficient with office software including MS Office suite Experience working within the heating and air conditioning industry is highly desirable Confident drafting report, emails, and general documentation Strong ability to work individually and in a team About Express Recruitment
