We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Internal Site Manager to join the site-based team on an exceptional development in Woolwich. This role offers the chance to oversee the delivery of high-rise RC frame units, from first fix through to completion.
Role Overview
As an Internal Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of multiple subcontractors to ensure that all internal works are delivered to the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include managing progress, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth delivery from first fix through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely progress and quality work.
Manage internal works, including first fix, second fix, and finishing stages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with the site team to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

A valid
SMSTS ,
CSCS , and
First Aid
certification. A
proven track record
of managing internal works on similar high-rise RC frame residential projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
