Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Support Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee our internal support functions, ensuring that all employees receive timely and effective assistance with their inquiries, technical issues, and service requests. You will lead a team of support specialists and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and improve employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: - Manage and mentor a team of internal support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.

Support Management: - Oversee the internal support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). - Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve response times.

Cross-Department Collaboration: - Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to enhance overall employee experience. - Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to address service-related concerns.

Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyse support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimise support strategies. - Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, employee satisfaction, and support trends to senior management.

Training and Development: - Develop and deliver training programs for staff on internal systems, tools, and best practices in customer service. - Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to empower employees in self-service and troubleshooting.

Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities. - Lead initiatives aimed at improving internal support processes and enhancing employee engagement.

Qualifications: - Strong experience in an Internal Support or IT support position. - Strong knowledge of support ticketing systems, ITIL frameworks, and customer service best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. - Proven ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
