STADA – International Senior Dermatology Portfolio Manager Huddersfield | U.K. | Full-time | Permanent We are currently searching for an experienced Portfolio Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting and is passionate about innovation and growth within the dermatology field. Working within our International CHC team, you will focus on developing an exciting innovation strategy across our dermatology category with well-loved brands including: Cetraben, Flexitol, Hedrin, Ladival, Nizoral and Savlon…to name just a few! How You Will Make an Impact Innovation Strategy and Implementation - Develop and execute an innovation strategy specifically for the dermatology category, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to foster innovative solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinate with various stakeholders including CHC category teams globally and within affiliates (local, regional, and global). Lead efforts to discover consumer-centric innovations, engaging in close cross-functional work with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams. Business Case Development - Build solid business cases for innovative products and projects in close cooperation with global and affiliate teams, ensuring alignment with CHC growth goals. Portfolio Management - Conduct regular reviews of the innovation strategy and portfolio, prioritise projects, assess risks, and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration Across Departments - Work closely with various internal departments such as marketing & sales, product development, business development and licensing (BD&L), regulatory affairs (RA), medical affairs (MA), clinical affairs (CA), and legal teams to ensure a successful product portfolio. What We Are Looking For Degree qualified with a background in science (preferably Pharmacology, Medicine, Biology or Chemistry…) coupled with an MBA or equivalent business acumen being advantageous. Excellent understanding of the CHC, dermatological, and dermocosmetic industries, including brand building, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Well-established experience in areas such as portfolio/project management, consulting, market research, ideation, and innovation management. A creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to translate scientific ideas into strong commercial opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders. A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
