International Event Project Manager . This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate and innovative team delivering exceptional events for clients worldwide.

About the Event Managers Role In this exciting and varied role, you'll take the lead in managing high-profile events from concept to execution, ensuring every detail aligns with client objectives. You'll play a pivotal role in decision-making, budgeting, and collaborating with teams to deliver outstanding experiences. With up to

12 weeks of international travel per year , you'll oversee events on-site, ensuring seamless execution while exploring new and dynamic locations. Key Responsibilities of an Event Manager End-to-End Project Management:

Lead events through the full lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to delivery and post-event analysis. Budget Management:

Take full ownership of event budgets, managing multiple currencies and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Decision-Making:

Drive key decisions across all event stages, ensuring alignment with client goals. Client Liaison:

Act as the primary contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Supplier Negotiation:

Secure the best venues, hotels, and services for each event. Team Collaboration:

Manage and support both internal teams and external stakeholders involved in the project. On-Site Leadership:

Travel internationally to oversee events and ensure their flawless execution. What We're Looking For in an Event Manager -

We're seeking a confident and driven professional with: Proven Event Management Experience:

Managing complex events. Budgeting Expertise:

Strong financial management skills, including handling multi-currency budgets. Decision-Making Ability:

A proactive and solution-focused mindset to tackle challenges effectively. Flexibility:

Willingness to travel internationally (Around 12 weeks per year) and work flexible hours when required. Languages:

Fluency in

Spanish ,

French , or

Mandarin

is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge:
