This is a pivotal part of the payroll function and will require candidates to be responsible for: Managing multiple country payrolls - 25+ EMEA & APAC countries Working with the International Payroll Manager to implement new payrolls across new EMEA & APAC jurisdictions Dealing with and resolving any escalated payroll queries Ensuring payroll compliance to local regulations Preparing year-end reporting Managing a small payroll team on a daily basis - identifying areas of training and support Assisting with project-related work Although not essential, it would be highly beneficial if you are CIPP qualified.
