About Our Client This employer is a fast-growing and dynamic company in the FMCG industry, based in Central Scotland. They are a trusted client that we've worked with previously, with great feedback from placed candidates, and exciting plans for growth and diversification. Job Description Identifying and on-boarding suitable importer-distributor partners in new international markets. Establishing and nurturing relationships with import partners. Monitoring and maximising the performance of import partners to maximise revenue for the business. Attend international conferences to act as an ambassador for the company and their brands. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. Regular international travel as required to meet with active and prospective customers. Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management. Accountability and ownership of the international number. The Successful Applicant A successful International Sales Manager should have:

Proven track record in an international or export focused sales role within spirits. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Strong drive and aptitude for new business generation.
