CSG are currently partnered with an established business who are continuing to dominate their sector. They have some fantastic brands within their portfolio which allows for great market penetration and enables them to stand out within the industry.
Due to growth within the business, they are now looking for an International Sales Manager to join their established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for APAC.
This position will report directly into the International Sales Director who will work with you to map out the different territories you are responsible for and prioritize certain areas. The successful candidate will be located here in the UK and have a home-based contract; however, there will be a significant amount of international travel with the role. These are very hands-on roles and will allow you to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with beautiful products. There will be several accounts each successful hire inherits; however, the focus of these roles will be new business development, so this must be something you are confident in delivering.
Key Responsibilities
To implement agreed sales and marketing strategy and ensure smooth communication of any relevant information to the company's distribution channels.
Evaluate historical data in designated markets and evaluate current performance against budget on a regular basis.
Continuous sales reviews
Be an ambassador for the brand and feedback any relevant market changes
Face-to-face customer meetings in market
Achieve sales budget set in designated markets
Work individually but also as part of the wider team when support is needed.
The ideal candidates will have a background in creative consumer goods products, for example, branded home textiles, home furnishings, gifting products, etc.; however, other markets will be considered. Ideally, international account management experience would be preferred; however, we will also consider candidates who have shown the skills to develop accounts here in the UK and are wanting to make that move into international sales. You will be commercially focused and capable of delivering results in a cost-effective manner. You will have strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
