As an
International Tax Manager,
you will assist the
Head of Tax with UK & US tax compliance, planning and policy. You will own compliance relationships in these jurisdictions, oversee R&D and Patent Box planning and be a key first point of contact to the business, providing tax guidance and commercial advice to finance, commercial and operational teams.

What You will be doing
Work as a tax business partner for the UK and US Work with the Head of Tax and other key stakeholders within the business to develop and deliver a robust international tax strategy for US & UK Oversight of all direct and indirect tax compliance processes, relationships and controls for those jurisdictions Assist the Head of Tax on M&A, tax audits and any other advisory work Assist Financial Reporting with any and all tax reporting for financial statements and forecasting
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
Qualified ACA/ACCA or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTT) Significant post qualification experience in corporation tax UK and US Tax technical knowledge (direct and indirect) Tax Accounting
Desirable:
Knowledge of transactions and post-merger/acquisition integrations Knowledge of PE backed businesses Familiarity with R&D and/or Patent Box Highly commercial tax professional
