Up to £75,000 depending on experience Renishaw is a FTSE 250 manufacturing company with a proud history of delivering measurement, calibration and precision manufacturing solutions to some of the most complex engineering processes in the world. We currently have an opportunity for an International Tax Reporting & Compliance Manager to join our Group Tax team based in Wotton-Under-Edge. Responsibilities

Country-by-Country reporting

– manage the preparation and submission of CbCR, identifying and implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with notification requirements.

BEPS Pillar 2 compliance

– manage business preparations for BEPS Pillar 2 reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to implement system changes and processes.

Overseas tax compliance monitoring

– ensure the tax compliance monitoring platform is updated and develop monitoring systems; support preparation of overseas tax returns.

Overseas tax risk register

– contribute to the identification, mitigation, and monitoring of overseas tax risks.

Transfer pricing documentation compliance

– prepare annual documentation risk assessments and coordinate overseas transfer pricing documentation preparation.

Financial reporting

– support year-end tax reporting of overseas entities, review tax packs, and respond to external audit queries.

Controlled foreign companies

– prepare CFC analyses for UK tax computations.

Intragroup financing & profit repatriation

– advise on tax aspects of overseas structuring financing and profit remittance.

ERP systems transformation

– monitor corporate tax risks linked to ERP system changes and identify process improvements.

Business relationships

– build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and identify training needs.

Key Requirements

Degree qualified in Finance, Law, Economics or similar, ACA or CTA qualified, with 3+ years’ post qualification experience.

Proven advisory and compliance experience across direct tax, international tax and transfer pricing.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; capable of documenting research and conclusions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Collaborative team-working approach within the Group Tax team.

Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
