The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative reports to the BDC/Internet Sales Manager and helps to increase in-store traffic by responding to on-line leads, initiating out-bound calls, and developing a strong connection with customers via phone, email, and text. We’re looking for the right fit:

A person with a can-do spirit and positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A confident and self-motivated individual with a pleasant, outgoing personality ready to generate revenue. Job Accountabilities (include but are not limited to):

First and Foremost

Understand that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction. Internet Sales

Respond to all internet leads via phone, email, and text in a timely manner. Communicate and interact with potential customers via phone, email, and text. Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultants and reschedule as needed. Initiate out-bound calls to our current customers to promote sales, lease renewals, etc. Education and Training

Attend sales training sessions, including on-line and/or computer-based self-study courses. Maintain current knowledge of technological changes in all vehicles. Abide By Maplecrest Company Expectations

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Maplecrest’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors, and suppliers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. You will need Your “A” Game and these Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills a MUST. Experience providing quality customer service. Solid computer skills; working knowledge of Excel. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Spanish-speaking a plus. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays. High school diploma (Demonstration of progress toward a college degree preferred). Automotive experience is preferred but NOT required. We will train. We offer our Team Members:
