Your main responsibilities: As a Team Leader in the Interpreting Department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and teamwork. You’ll be handling face-to-face bookings, telephone, and video interpreting requests. Key responsibilities include: Guiding the team to achieve set targets. Overseeing day-to-day workload, managing non-attendance, engaging with new clients, and monitoring the Interpreting Inbox. Monitoring and reporting on the team’s performance to the Line Manager. Making sure the team follows client procedures and updating them as needed. Providing data to the Line Manager for reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identifying training needs within the team and letting the Line Manager know. Creating a positive work environment by listening to team members’ feedback. Skills and Qualifications required: Relevant experience in team leadership or a similar role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to lead by example and inspire team members. Job Type:
