We are seeking Intervention Teachers who can focus on helping children who are working below age-expected levels to improve their Phonics, English, and Reading. You will be responsible for identifying students who need additional support, designing and implementing intervention programs, and working closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
Aspire People will provide you with day-to-day supply teaching as well as give you the opportunity for long-term roles. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Requirements:
Qualified teacher status Experienced in supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 who are working below age-expected levels Previous experience of assessing student levels and collaborating with class teachers Identifying learning gaps and integrating this information into lesson plans Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one) Why Join Us?
