Job Description We're Norton Rose Fulbright - a global law firm with over 50 offices and 7,000 employees worldwide. We provide the world’s preeminent corporations and financial institutions with a full business law service. At Norton Rose Fulbright, our strategy and our

culture are closely entwined. We know that our expansion will mean little unless it is underpinned by truly global collaboration and we understand that pioneering work only takes place when our people have room to move and think beyond boundaries. As well

as the relevant skills and experience, we're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do. The Digital Productivity team’s primary mission is to harness the Microsoft technology stack to expertly manage our internal intranet and global knowledge platform. Through a focus on integration, innovation, and user-centric design, the team creates an

interconnected digital ecosystem that empowers employees, accelerates decision-making, and fosters effective knowledge sharing across the organization. The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Intranet Product Owner to lead the development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of our SharePoint-based intranet. The ideal candidate will drive the intranet’s strategic direction and ensure alignment with our

business objectives and user needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary owner of the SharePoint-based intranet, guiding its strategic direction, feature prioritization, and overall product roadmap. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements for platform enhancements and improvements. Work closely with development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure the intranet is developed and maintained according to best practices and industry standards. Champion exceptional user experiences by influencing design and functionality to meet user needs, usability standards, and accessibility requirements. Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for intranet initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including senior management, on platform progress, challenges, and achievements. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure quality and performance, identifying and addressing any issues. Support platform users by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical support as needed. Utilize analytics tools to assess intranet performance and user engagement, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with third-party providers and partners involved in intranet development and maintenance. Demonstrate technical understanding of SharePoint to make informed decisions and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Additional accountabilities: Any other duties as necessary to achieve department goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, etc.); master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a track record of owning and driving the development of digital products, specifically intranets. Expertise in SharePoint. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, web development processes, and project management methodologies. Experience with digital analytics tools and vendor management. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus. Key Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills. Adaptability to shifting priorities. Organized, self-motivated, and confident. Problem solver with a logical, methodical approach. Self-starter with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a global team. Flexibility with working hours and travel. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion To attract the best people, we strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, have a sense of belonging, and realize their full career potential. Our new enabled work model allows our people to have more flexibility in the way they choose to work from both the office and a remote location, while continuing to deliver the highest standards of service. We offer a range of family friendly and inclusive

employment policies and provide access to programmes and services aimed at nurturing our people’s health and overall wellbeing. Find more about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion here.
