The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. This is a challenging role that requires a motivated and flexible individual that wants to be part of the digital future of the Trust.

Main duties of the job

Provide support for all members of staff in accessing and using numerous clinical and non-clinical systems, including password management, document delivery, information leaflet management, testing, and documentation.

Support is provided via telephone, email, or in person.

Be part of a small rota team providing out-of-hours on-call services after training is complete.

Input ideas into new systems or upgrade existing ones.

The role is office-based initially with the option for limited home working once training is complete.

Qualification in testing or office-based systems.
