Hybrid working (extremely flexible) Be part of a company going through an exciting transformation About Our Client Our client is a well-established organisation within the retail industry. Operating on a large scale, they have a significant presence in Bristol. You'll be working closely with the Senior Inventory Finance Analyst and other senior members of the business. Job Description The key responsibilities of the Inventory Finance Analyst include: Reconciling physical stock with records and vendor files. Investigating discrepancies during reconciliations or stock counts. Managing consignment purchase orders and returns. Creating payment and credit forms to support stock adjustments. Performing authorised manual stock adjustments in ERP systems. Maintaining vendor reconciliation logs. Preparing balance sheet reconciliations. The Successful Applicant A successful Inventory Finance Analyst should have: Experience working with inventory/stock & finance. Previously worked within financial analysis/forecasting. Able to collaborate with other departments (e.g Purchase Ledger department) Comfortable challenging discrepancies. Must be strong with excel and accounting software. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
