Salary: c£55,000.00 + car allowance and benefits

Summary:

An experienced Inventory Manager is required to lead the stock control team of this successful 3PL cold storage company who are experiencing considerable growth. Able to optimise stock control performance, ensure compliance and deliver profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee stock control operations Develop and implement stock control systems, optimising processes and resources Lead, recruit and train the stock control team Monitor budgets and expenses Ensure compliance Prepare and present performance reports

Experience: Previously managed a team of stock controllers and customer support staff A background in warehousing with good WMS and automation knowledge Able to manage growth and embrace change Able to onboard new customers and maintain customer service standards Experienced with handling high inventory levels for both palletised stock and value added services Knowledge of Cold storage facilities would be advantageous
