Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Kitting:
Accurately pick and assemble components, materials, or products into kits based on work orders or packing lists. Verify completeness and quality of kits to meet company standards. Label and package kits appropriately for shipping or internal use. Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure efficiency. Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to the Quality and Inventory Management teams. Assist with updating and improving kitting processes for efficiency and accuracy. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inventory:
Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and correct inventory levels. Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in kitting components. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to minimize damage or loss. Support the documentation of inventory movements and update inventory records in the management system. Assist in receiving and organizing materials in the warehouse to ensure proper storage and accessibility.
