Inventory & Supply Chain Manager , you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining materials requirements planning (MRP) systems to support efficient production. Your responsibilities will include: MRP and Inventory Management:

Establishing demand forecasts, setting inventory parameters, and ensuring optimal stock levels. Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborating across departments to ensure materials availability and streamline processes. System Optimization:

Configuring and maintaining MRP/ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Providing insights and recommendations on inventory and supply chain efficiency. Process Improvement:

Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with industry standards. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in MRP, inventory management, and supply chain operations, ideally in an electromechanical manufacturing environment. Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and strong data analysis skills. Problem-Solving Skills:

Proven ability to address bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Leadership Abilities:

Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders across all levels. Adaptability:
