Do you get excited when hearing about trademarks and brand protection news? YES?! So do we! At Corsearch, there’s no pushing trademark solutions and brand protection from our thoughts. We’re thinking about coined trademarks in the car, a detailed design search over lunch, counterfeits while sitting with the in-laws, and anti-piracy while working out. We are a mission-led company, driven by a passion for making the world better and safer for our brand customers and their consumers. It’s what we do. And people come to Corsearch to be challenged, developed, supported, and valued. The Role

As an Investigative Coordinator in the Corsearch Investigation Department, you will play a crucial role in our fight against counterfeits and piracy. Your role will involve test purchase management for our clients, growing and managing vendor engagement and ensuring high value targets are actioned from online to offline. The role will focus primarily in EMEA but will support NA, LATAM and APAC colleagues. You will work closely with the wider investigation department to coordinate offline investigations and covert test purchases to gather additional information and support criminal or civil actions against online and offline sellers infringing our customers' IP rights. The insights you gather will be compiled into comprehensive Intelligence Reports for our clients. Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate covert test purchases – you will be responsible for ensuring test purchases conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner. Grow, develop and maintain partner and strategic partner relationships in your region. Coordinate and assist with offline action with our Global Partner Network. Discover and develop actionable intelligence to support offline investigations and potential litigation. Support the development and delivery of intelligence products. Respond directly to customer queries regarding test purchases and offline actions. Maintain & manage department inboxes and communications channels both internally and externally. Be responsible for all aspects of financial management including customer invoicing, partner invoicing, raising Salesforce Opportunities, ZIP requests and ensuring budgets are tracked and maintained. Protect company assets by keeping information confidential. Participate and present on regular internal and external meetings. Essential

Relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience in Brand Protection including conducting, managing and instructing test purchases, offline investigations and vendor/partner relations. Experience in using a Case Management system. Demonstrated OSINT experience. Strong client-facing capabilities. Experience managing investigative cases independently. Experience using Salesforce, ZIP, NetSuite and other financial tools. Fast learner with efficient work habits. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Corsearch is an equal opportunity and inclusive employer and does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
