This Investment Consultant role is paying up to £, per annum. The Investment Consultant will be shaping the regulatory strategy, codes and guidance whilst working closely with colleagues at various levels both internally and externally with a specific focus on pensions. Main Responsibilities of the Investment Consultant:

Providing guidance to colleagues on investment approaches for DB and DC pension schemes. Rolling out the new funding framework for DB schemes. Formulating policies and frameworks for DB scheme endgame strategies and financial stability. Crafting policy and oversight frameworks for CDC schemes and Superfunds. Developing investment policies and advice concerning new legislation, such as climate change and value for money. Offering investment advice for DC Mastertrusts. Presenting and networking at investment and pension industry conferences. Shaping the team's core investment perspectives. Enhancing TPR's investment modelling capabilities. Person Specification of the Investment Consultant:

Comprehensive understanding of investment in workplace pension funds. Proven experience managing or consulting for workplace pension funds, whether in-house, as an investment consultant, or as an investment or fiduciary manager. Strong communication and influence abilities across all seniority levels. Dedication to TPR's values with a professional work ethic. Extensive knowledge of DC or DB investment strategies. Established network within the pensions or regulatory sectors. Relevant professional certification such as CFA, FIA, FFA, CISI, or equivalent. Benefits and Package:
