Job Summary

As a high-end Investment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our exclusive off-plan properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and guide them through the entire buying process. Through qualified and non-qualified leads, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as your in-depth knowledge of the off-plan property industry, you will contribute to achieving targeted sales growth and establishing the Redmayne Smith brand as a market leader.

Responsibilities

Negotiate sales ensuring a confirmed investment, mitigating the risk of cancellations

Conduct a thorough consultation with prospective and existing clients, to obtain an understanding of their investment goals and budget.

Present off-plan properties with compelling value propositions, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

Organise and deliver engaging property presentations, showcasing the unique attributes of off-plan developments.

Lead negotiations and close sales effectively with prospective clients, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Provide solutions and demonstrate your ability to effectively handle client objections / concerns.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and progress throughout the sales process utilising the CRM.

Effective onboarding of all clients to ensure seamless transition from initial purchase through to completion

Arrange and accompany clients on site visits to provide personalised insights into the future property.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor offerings in order to maximise sales.

Actively prospect and build a pipeline of leads

You will utilise your network of already established contacts to bring new business opportunities onboard.

Proactively generate fresh leads and identify potential investors through networking, referrals, online platforms and industry events.

Effectively manage marketing generated leads.

Cultivate relationships with potential clients to build a strong pipeline of future business opportunities.

Conduct follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Work collaboratively with both the marketing and operations departments to ensure effective and efficient working practices to ensure the successful execution of targeted campaigns, promotional initiatives and administrative tasks.

Build and maintain relationships with property developers to coordinate sales and gain insights into upcoming developments.

Represent the Company at both internal / external networking events.

Skills/Qualifications

Proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment (preferably in property)

Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking software.

Problem solving / prevention

Effective time management

Ability to work under own influence and as part of a team

Planning and Organisation

Basic pay of £25,000 OTE of £35,000 (uncapped commission)
