This fund is sector-agnostic, with a focus for this role on Business Services and Technology companies, including tech-enabled services and software. They typically deploy equity cheques of up to ~£50m, targeting high-growth businesses. Joining a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play a pivotal role in origination and deal execution, leveraging your sector expertise and established network. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private equity professional to have a tangible impact on investments and portfolio growth. THE ROLE:
Originate and identify new investment opportunities across the UK. Take the lead on deal execution, including structuring and negotiations. Monitor and drive performance across a portfolio of high-potential companies. Contribute to and develop the fund’s investment strategy. Engage and collaborate with junior team members and other stakeholders, providing guidance and leadership. THE REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking candidates with: A proven track record of originating and leading private equity deals, including successful exits. Strong expertise in Business Services and/or Technology sectors, with a relevant network. The ability to confidently manage and mentor junior team members, alongside excellent stakeholder management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the gravitas to build trusted relationships at all levels.
