Ready for your next challenge? Join a fast-paced team as an Investment Suitability Administrator in the Risk Department of an Investment Management firm on a 12 month fixed term contract. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to the Investment Teams. As an Investment Suitability Administrator, you will be responsible for analysing client background information, liaising with Investment Managers, and producing client-facing reports. You will manage your own workload, work effectively in a team, and maintain policies and procedures. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to business success! Core Responsibilities: Analyse client information and provide guidance to Investment Managers. Liaise with Investment Managers for exceptional client service. Produce client-facing reports on behalf of Investment Managers. Manage workload with attention to detail and prioritization. Work effectively in a team to achieve goals. Maintain policies, manage client queries, and pending cases. To thrive in this role, you should have: excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer software, and a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to adapt to changes, work under pressure, and prioritise workload. They value teamwork, initiative, and a positive attitude. An understanding of working in regulatory environments and Investment products is also preferred.
