14203 New Investor Relations and Events Coordinator, Leading Private Equity Growth Firm, London, UK We are working with a successful growth equity firm with 40+ years of investing experience and multi-billions in assets under management. In addition to its flagship growth equity strategy, the firm’s investing activities span private credit and climate solutions. They are now looking to hire a Coordinator into their Investor Relations team to support the ongoing fundraising and client servicing efforts. This is an exciting multifaceted opportunity to be part of a successful firm as a key member of their IR team. What the job involves

Conference and event coordination: on point to handle all logistics for investor meetings, dinners, internal investor events, and LP conferences Manage complex and high volume of roadshows, coordinate and craft meeting schedules for investors across multiple offices Manage and maintain CRM database, including tagging distribution lists, contact updates, and material interactions Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders, across multiple offices/geographies Work collaboratively with compliance, legal and finance teams on investor communications and onboarding, and data room compliance Support preparation for meetings including briefing notes, material printing, agenda preparation Who we are looking for

University degree required Experience working in large-cap, multi-asset strategy investment fund Superior experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong comfort level to learn to use various other internal software tools; experience with Salesforce a plus Strong attention to detail with ability to be proactive, solve problems, think critically, and multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Demonstrable project management skills, including with multiple internal and external stakeholders A strong work ethic and motivated, flexible nature, team-player spirit, ability to maintain composure at all times Excellent written & oral communication
